Your team owns it,
we get them there

  • Engineering enablement & working sessions
  • Upskilling on our AI-native workflow
  • We help you hire or staff; hand over code + runbooks

Either way, we start with the same two-to-four-week assessment to plan and sequence the work by payoff

How it sticks

Vantage keeps the work measured

We proivde a dashboard to track and improve engineering throughput and efficiency across the team and benchmark as the tech advances.

Why Devin, why Scope

Why Devin. And why us.

Devin is the agent we trust with our own products. Cognition builds the agent. We bring the operating model around it, learned by building this way on our own products first.

  1. Capability transfer, end to end

We stand up the practice, coach your engineers on live work, and hire and train the people who run it when you need them. Nobody else covers tool, workflow, and team.

  2. Migration proof at real scale

We have done it at scale: 800+ modules migrated, 7 language pairs shipped in the last twelve months, on codebases from 250K to 15M+ lines.

  3. We run all our projects on Devin

We run 100% of our engagements on Devin, our own products included. If the practice didn't pay off, we would feel it first.

  4. Playbooks are the product

They let your engineers execute work that would otherwise need specialists. You keep them & the knowledge of how to develop more down the line.

  5. We measure after

Vantage keeps measuring after handoff, so you never waste AI spend and you continue to capture outsized gains as the tech advances.

Security

Your environment. Your InfoSec. Day one.

Everything we run happens inside your controlled environment. Nothing is used for training.

  • Your environment

Sessions, credentials, and output stay inside your controlled environment.

  • InfoSec in parallel

Security review runs alongside the assessment, not after it.

  • Auditable sessions

Every agent session is logged and reviewable by your team.

  • Your IP

All inputs and outputs remain your intellectual property.

Platform certifications are Cognition's

SOC 2 Type II compliance, dedicated VPC deployment, audit logs, and custom identity providers ship with the Devin platform itself.

In practice

One engagement, start to finish

A legacy software company, running systems older than most of the engineers touching them.

Pilot01 / 4

Prove it could move

We started small on purpose: one slice of the old system, migrated end to end. We ran it and tested it ourselves to confirm Devin could handle this decades-old system.

FAQ

Common questions

  1. We already run Devin. What can you add?

That is the Vantage shape. We start with a low-cost audit of the rollout you have: session and PR analysis, velocity and quality tracked alongside spend, then engineer-reviewed guidance twice a week from there.

  2. You have not migrated our language before.

Migrations are a methodology problem, not a language problem. The model already knows the language; our playbooks know the process. The record shows the process transfers to stacks we had never touched.

  3. What does the assessment cover?

Two to four weeks: a codebase map, a module inventory, and the work sequenced by payoff. You sign off on the plan before delivery starts.

  4. Assessment, audit: what is the difference?

The assessment scopes an outcome before delivery and opens shapes one and two. The audit reviews a Devin rollout you already run and is the entry to Vantage.

  5. What do we keep when the engagement ends?

The playbooks, an agent-ready codebase, and a team trained on live work. If we recruited the team, you keep them too. Measurement continues through Vantage.

  6. Who owns the work Devin produces?

You do. Everything runs in your environment, every session is auditable, and all inputs and outputs are your intellectual property.

Start with the outcome

Tell us the outcome. We own the rest.

Tell us the system and the result you need. We will come back with which shape fits and what the assessment looks like.

Scope has been our tech partner since day one, and they’ve been a major reason we’ve been able to move as fast as we have. Their engineering talent is elite, but what makes them truly different is how deeply they understand product. They’ve helped us think through strategy, roadmap, and go to market decisions like an extension of our founding team. Just as importantly, they’re genuinely great people, responsive, collaborative, and a real pleasure to build with.
