RecruitU partnered with Scope to create a centralized two-sided platform that streamlines finance recruiting for students and recruiters.
Students lacked a single tool to organize job searches, network effectively, and track applications. Recruiters were overwhelmed by irrelevant applications, making it hard to identify top talent.
The Partnership
RecruitU teamed up with Scope to pioneer the first career building and recruitment platform that brokers direct connections for students and recruiters alike to streamline the job search and hiring process.
During their 12-week Zero to One partnership, Scope provided RecruitU a brand refresh, a cold start strategy, a research-backed web platform, a splash page overhaul, a pitch deck, and seasoned fundraising advice.
The Solution
Scope worked closely with RecruitU to turn their idea into an MVP in 12 weeks, helping RecruitU fundraise over $1M. Since, RecruitU has grown to over 40,000 users. The platform now empowers:
Undergraduate students to organize the entire recruitment process in one place, from application tracking capabilities to networking groups. Recruiters to directly connect with undergraduate finance clubs to access pre-vetted applicants.
